A CONCERT OF CHEERFUL MUSIC
The Tait Hall, Kelso
on Sunday, April 14th, 2019 at 7.30 pm

The Yetholm Sinfonia and the Yetholm Village Choir combined, making a total of well over one hundred performers, will present a Concert of Cheerful Music in Kelso's Tait Hall on Sunday, April 14th.

The programme will include one of Handel's coronation anthems plus an extract from his Messiah, and end with Haydn's 'Military' symphony, which will feature four well-known local choir conductors, the Revd. Marion Dodd (Roxburgh Singers), John Stone (andante Chamber Choir) and James Letham (The Abbey Consort) in completely unfamiliar roles as drum soloists alongside Catherine (Kate) FIsh (The Berwick Arts Choir).

Admission is free
